Returns.

Your satisfaction is guaranteed, as is the quality of our products. In the event that the client wishes to return one or more products purchased in our store https://solopiel.net, he may do so under the following conditions:

I. Solopiel.net will cover the cost of shipping for the return as long as it is national orders (Mexico) and that the means of delivery is determined by us. In the event that the client wishes to use another means of delivery of their choice, they must cover the difference in cost between the delivery method selected by Solopiel.net and the one chosen by him.

II. In international orders, the client covers the cost of shipping the return and Solopiel.net will refund 100% of the total paid through the means of payment used.

III. The term to return the products is 15 days from the date of receipt.

IV. The product must be returned in the condition in which it was received; clean, well packed and folded. If the returned product shows signs of use or abuse, said return will not proceed and the customer must cover the costs of the return shipment.
